Every year approximately 110 million bales of cotton are produced worldwide. Among these, only 130 are of Sea Island cotton.
Being the production of Sea Island Cotton so limited, Emilcotoni wanted to protect itself and, above all, to protect its customers by acquiring WISICA certification, the only tool able to guarantee fibres authenticity and their traceability along the whole supply chain.
In this way, Emilcotoni is the only company in the world capable of producing and selling Sea Island yarns for outer knitwear.
